April 29th from 5:30-6:30 SEPAC will be hosting it's first "Coffee, Community and Conversations" event for parents in the Morris Library. This will be a meet and greet/Q and A session with Saundra Kornbluth, LICSW.

Get to know Saundra Kornbluth, LCSW, LICSW, a therapist based in the Berkshires and founder of Tessera Integrative Therapy, a holistic private practice offering individualized therapy for adolescents, adults, and families, with a focus on supporting neurodivergent individuals and those who care for them. Prior to becoming a therapist, she worked as a teacher supporting students with autism and that background continues to influence how she approaches therapy, particularly in her attention to communication styles, learning differences, and developmental needs.

The individual therapy she provides for adolescents and adults focuses on building emotional regulation, communication and social skills, insight, and resilience, while supporting autonomy and honoring individual experience. Beyond her work with the individual with a disability, supporting the broader family system is an essential part of her practice. She works closely with parents and caregivers through their own individual therapy, creating space to reflect, process, and navigate the unique challenges they are facing. She also offers family therapy focused on facilitating and strengthening communication, deepening understanding, and supporting more connected relationships. In addition to working with the family unit, she collaborates with the whole care team, including schools and other professionals.
